The presentation and workshop organised by the Association of Montenegrin Banks was held in its premises on 9 March 2017. The lecturer was Petar Dimić, who presented with his associate the DMS solutions of the software company Taurons and ITT that cooperates with banks, insurance companies and state institutions. Management System (DMS) enables optimal time management, where employee spends:
– 50% of business hours on searching documentations,
– 85% of documents are never read again,
– 50% are copies
– 60% are unnecessary
DMS enables optimum time management, facilitates finding of documents, authorisation of authorised persons is implemented in a qualitative manner. All of the aforesaid influences the optimisation of the business process as it becomes efficient, profitable and enables better quality management. Scanned document enables review of key parameters in the registration of each activity performed by employees when processing documents. It also enables locating of documents by term, e.g. complaint. The solutions are prepared on the basis of the ordering party which makes resolution of each project on individual basis in addition to regular and special operations of the ordering parties.
