New Procedure for handling Applications

From now on, candidates from your country will need to submit their applications to ATTF multinational seminars via Microsoft Forms. In this way, all the data related to the applications will be directly received by the ATTF. In addition, and in parallel, the employer institutions of the applicants in your country must send you the completed Microsoft Forms in PDF.

The day after the application deadline, we ask you to send an Excel list of all applications received and validated by you to the ATTF person in charge of this training (you do not need to forward the PDFs to ATTF): Claire.mozet@houseoftraining.lu

The ATTF will then cross-check your list with the applications submitted through Microsoft forms. This verification ensures that the applications submitted through Microsoft Forms match those officially approved and communicated to the ATTF by you. This verification ensures that all applications processed by ATTF have been validated locally.

Below you will find the Microsoft application form (same for both editions) and in attachment the invitation with the above-mentioned dates.

APPLICATION FORM ACAMS – CGSS 2026 – ONLINE TRAINING – Remplir le formulaire

The application form is the same for both editions.

The institutions can then choose the candidates for each edition of the programme.

They must, however, be precise when naming the application forms:

For the 1st edition: country name_family name_CGSS_2026_05

For the 2nd edition: country name_family name_ CGSS_2026_09
