\nAt the meeting, visions and views were exchanged on how to improve the work of the Association itself, strengthen its resources and synergistically ensure an optimal environment for further improvement of the banks’ operations. The proposals included the improvement of communication with the regulator and the institutions of Montenegro, to formalize the committee\u2019s proposals and opinions, integrating them as a regular and standardized part of business operations, improve cooperation between the committees themselves. Special emphasis was put on the education of both bankers and the financial literacy of citizens, with campaigns that would enable clients\u2019 avoidance of fraudulent actions and promote the use of digitized bank services.<\/p>\n
