Radionica je bila namijenjena pružaocima platnih usluga (i bankarskim i nebankarskim) iz šest zemalja koje pripadaju Zapadnom Balkanu (WB6) i ima za cilj podršku njihovoj pravnoj i tehničkoj spremnosti za SEPA integraciju „Teoretski, kreditna izloženost može da postoji za PSP-ove van EEP, ali prema Direktivi EU o konačnosti poravnanja, učesnici SEPA su zaštićeni.
