Ernst & Young Workshop – made by the Audit Company from Belgrade – “Transfer prices in the financial sector”

On November 3, 2021. Another operationally important workshop of UBCG members was held with a prestigious address in the form of one of the world’s largest auditing companies E & Y.

According to the published draft amendments to the Law on Profit Tax, it is envisaged that from 2022, all taxpayers will prepare documentation on transactions with related parties, which is in line with regulatory trends in the region, but also in the broader context of international practice, where transfer pricing has certainly been an important topic for years.

Team from EY Belgrade has significant experience in preparing documentation on transfer prices, where they prepare more than 200 studies per year for Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. They have special experience in the financial sector, where they cooperate for years with over 20 banks from the region, and this time in cooperation with the Association of Banks of Montenegro they shared their specific experiences with members of UBCG.
